INTER AGE CHALLENGE MATCHES sponsored by NFS

Our new competition featured playing in age groups to give players practice in preparation for playing matches against visiting clubs.

The Interage challenge matches results:
Under 60`s V 60 to 65`s 0-1
Scorer : Gerry Hewitt
Under 60`s V over 65s 1-0
Scorer : Alan Clarke
Over 65`s V Over 70`s 1-0
Scorer : Trevor Trueman
Over 70`s V 60 to 65`s 0-1
Scorer : Malcolm Newell

. Under 60's v Over 70's 2~1 Alan Clarke, Tony Watson and Tom Brown for the over 70s .
Over 65s v 60-65s a 0-0 draw.
It meant the 60s to75s were the winners and a presentation was made to captain Malcolm Newell

The WFA
The WFA aims are to promote and facilitate the playing of Walking Football as a unique amateur and provide knowledge and help to anyone who wants to start playing and help in setting up or running a club.
